If you’re interested in partnering with me for administrative services, the first step is to develop a budget and scope of work.
I prefer to work on an hourly, per week retainer. How this works for your budgeting needs, is that you decide how many hours per week you can provide work. For a lot of my clients, this is a range of 5-10 hours per week.
Scope of Work
Before you contact me, it’s best if you already have an idea of what you’d need my services for.
A typical work request looks something to the effect of, “We’d need your help with email management, client communications, and social media management at ten hours per week.” Once we’ve defined an hourly budget and scope of work, I can give you my rate and we’ll get started on a contract.
Once we’ve connected and a defined budget and scope of work are communicated, we align our schedules for a launch call. This is where I communicate to you what’s needed to get started and we agree on a project management system that works for everyone.
